Since 2010, DH Global Consulting Group has helped organizations figure out why work isn’t working and what to do about it.
We work with organizations navigating growth, change, restructuring, new leadership, workforce challenges, and shifts in how work gets done. Our experience spans Fortune 100 and 500 companies, government, higher education, financial services, technology, and growing organizations, including work across 15+ countries, 30+ languages, and workforces of more than 40,000 employees.
What makes DH Global Consulting Group different is simple: we look at the whole workplace.
The problem may be people. But it may also be the work itself, the way roles are designed, how teams are structured, the systems people are working within, leadership, skills, processes, or the way change is being introduced.
We listen. We get underneath the symptoms. Then we help organizations make practical changes that work for both the business and the people doing the work.
That last part is important because it starts introducing the thinking behind The Workforce Reset without repeating the actual offer.

Known as the “Mary Poppins of the Workplace,” Dr. Crockett has built her career around a simple belief:
The work has to work.
Listen. Understand. Solve.
Every organization is different.
We start by understanding what is happening, what has changed, why it matters, and what is getting in the way.
Then we look across the work, people, leadership, structure, systems, skills, and processes to determine what actually needs to change.
Sometimes the answer is leadership development. Sometimes it is workforce strategy, organizational redesign, new skills, clearer roles, better processes, or a completely different way of working.
We don’t start with a solution. We start with the problem.
